Experienced Full-time Cashier
We are looking to hire a Full-time Cashier that enjoys assisting customers and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Our store may be small but we are seldom slow so if you enjoy staying busy this might be the job for you.
Bassham Foods is a Restaurant Supply Company servicing Restaurants around Texas and beyond. We have a small store attached to our warehouse where our local customers come to pick up Grocery items and Restaurant Equipment.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Accurate and friendly processing of sales in our Cash & Carry store.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Stock product.
- Aid in maintaining the appearance of the store.
The right candidate will possess the following:
- Experience operating a cashier register (preferred)
- Experience using basic computer skills.
- Strong basic math skills
- Strong Attention to detail
- Proven history of providing excellent customer service.
- Be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Be able stock product
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm. You must be available to work the entire shift each day and you must be available to report to work at 8:30am and stay until 6pm.
